North American Learning Institute (NALI) collects information from you when you register a profile, enroll in a course, purchase any products or services, or fill out a form. When appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, and/or date of birth.

You may, however, visit our websites anonymously by not performing any of the actions listed above.

If email communication is disabled you may still receive transactional emails such as payment receipts and password reset instructions.
  • SMS (text message)
    We may initiate text message communication to resolve urgent matters pertaining to your profile and/or course enrollments. We do not send company updates or marketing promotions via text message.
  • Telephone
    We may call you to resolve urgent matters pertaining to your profile and/or course enrollments. Users with a partner profile may also receive proactive customer service calls from our dedicated team of relationship managers. We do not utilize any automated dialing ("robo-call") technologies.
  • Mail
    Documents are only mailed on request. Users with a partner profile may also receive and request promotional materials.

How we protect your information

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. This includes the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts all data sent between your browser and our servers.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is encrypted during transmission and stored separately in our payment gateway provider's database. It is required that this information be kept confidential and is accessible only to those authorized with special access rights to such systems.
